User Terms for Playing from the State of Tamil Nadu

The following additional terms and conditions will be applicable to all users who are accessing our platform within the territory of the State of Tamil Nadu to make a cash deposit or play any cash game/tournament.

1. KYC Requirements

• You must complete identity verification (KYC) before adding cash or joining any cash game/tournament for the first time effective 29 March 2025.
• If your KYC is incomplete, access to cash games, cash tournaments and deposits will be restricted until the verification process is completed.
• For the KYC, we have currently implemented a three-layer verification:
  • The first layer is the officially valid documents issued by the Government of India;
  • The second layer is to verify the name of the user with that received from the PAN database of the Government of India received through the National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL);
  • The third layer is to verify the name of the user in the PAN with that of the verified bank account of the user.

2. Non-operational Hours: 12:00 AM IST to 5:00 AM IST

• You are prohibited from making any deposit or playing cash games or cash tournaments during this period.
• Any cash games/tournaments scheduled to begin on or after 12:00 AM and before 5:00 AM will be inaccessible for cash play.
• If you are already playing a cash game at 12:00 AM, you may finish the current game unless you are logged out.
• Once the game concludes, you will be prompted to exit the game or be redirected to the lobby.
• Re-joins and cash activities for re-buys or further top-ups during this time will not be allowed.
• If you are eliminated or if a tournament/game finishes during this time, re-entry, rejoin or re-buy will not be available until after 5:00 AM.
